The Noordhoek Valley is privileged to have its own private Game Reserve which is 300 hectares in size and contains a variety of small buck more than 90 species of birds, 14 species of snakes, 9 species of lizards, 4 species of amphibia, 3 species of tortoises/terrapins and the only captive buffalo in the Cape; all roaming freely in indigenous fynbos vegetation, as well as the only captive buffalo in the Cape.
